GABA, Gamma Aminobutyric Acid, is a kind of amino acids that exists broadly in nature and is also a neurotransmitter in brain and spinal cord of animals. We produce highly concentrated GABA at industrial scale by lactobacillus-fermentation from glutamic acid.
