As a result, I believe that I can make a valuable contribution to the company’s growth. These factors have convinced me that joining this company is the right decision.

My main responsibility at this job involves the development of functional material products. This entails working across a wide range of areas, including the design and implementation of manufacturing processes, identification of functional components, and analysis of bioactivity. Additionally, I am involved in conceptualizing end products that meet customer needs.

In my opinion, PFI is a unique company. At PFI, you’ll encounter individuals from diverse nationalities, cultures, religions, and upbringings, making it distinct from other Japanese corporations. Despite the language barrier, communication isn’t an issue as the majority of my colleagues are proficient in English.
